Welcome to our place
We made LAZY the way we like to rest ourselves.
Comfortable, but never formal: proper beds, well-equipped kitchens and plenty of room to be together. The forest begins outside the windows and the lake is a short walk away.
We will not plan your day. Ride a bike, sit on the terrace, light a fire or move between the sauna, cold water and hot tub. This time is yours.

Entire house
Both apartments, the terrace, firepit and spa entirely for you. This is the only option that gives you exclusive use of the whole property.
When you book one apartment, the other stays empty or may be used by us, the hosts. We do not use the spa during your stay. Parking, the terrace and firepit belong to the shared grounds of the house.

Warmth, cold water and forest beyond the glass.
The sauna, cold plunge and hot tub stand on a terrace larger than many houses. We prepare them before you arrive and never charge entry or package fees — the spa is always included.

Why this place
The horse carries a piece of our family story.
The house stands on land connected with our family. The black horse recalls an ancestor who was a farmer and horse breeder. It was never meant as a random piece of decoration.
The mural was painted by Mgr Mors, an artist closely connected with this region. He gave a story we grew up with a permanent place here.
Your hosts
We are the people waiting on the other side of your message.
LAZY is not an anonymous property with a reception desk. We prepare the spa, answer your questions and share places we enjoy. We are not always on site, so entry is by code and local help is available when needed.
Beyond the terrace
The lake, the hills and roads we ride ourselves.
The lake is about a five-minute walk away. Beyond it come climbs, forest tracks and views across the Rożnów Foothills. We prepare our own cycling routes and can send you the GPX files.

What we would ask
Before you set off
Is the spa private?
Yes. You never share the sauna, hot tub or cold plunge with another guest group. Booking the whole house gives you exclusive use of the full property.
Can we have a party?
No. We do not host hen or stag parties, events or party-focused stays. We respect the peace of the place and our neighbours.
Is the house wheelchair accessible?
The interior is on one level with no thresholds between rooms and bathrooms. There is one step at the entrance and one down to the terrace, so we do not describe it as fully accessible.
Can we book on the day?
Usually not. Please book at least 48 hours ahead so we and the service team can prepare the house and spa.
Do you issue invoices?
No. This is a private short-term house rental; we provide confirmation of payment.
