LAZY ROŻNÓW
Privacy
We use booking-form details solely to handle the stay request, contact, payment and booking.
Data
We store the guest's name, email, phone, stay details, message, selected offer, price and payment status. We do not store bank-account or card details.
Access
The LAZY ROŻNÓW hosts can access the data. Vercel and Upstash provide technical infrastructure; once email delivery is enabled, Resend handles messages.
Purpose and retention
Data is used for pre-contract steps and the stay. We keep it as long as needed for booking service, settlements and possible claims; declined requests are removed when no longer needed.
Rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion by contacting the hosts. Deletion can be limited where records must be retained for legal or settlement reasons.
Analytics
We currently install no first-party analytics tools or marketing cookies.
Hosting
Vercel may process technical logs required for security and service delivery.
